Don’t be fooled into thinking the darker the better, these whiskies although lighter in colour have a delicate balance of floral grassy notes, gentle malt, delicate fruits and citrus notes.  With waves of either peat or smoke ascending through. Don’t judge a book by its cover, simply trust your nose and tongue.
