Part Four and again only 1 of 1200 bottles. Part Four celebrates the Keystone 'Cool Maturation'. This kid all down to the location. The distillery has roughly the same latitude point as Anchorage Alaska but without the same extremes which make it perfect for an even paced cool maturation. Named after the dramatic cliffs in Orkney's Atlantic coastline.
